Job Description
Work Scope
- Involve in technical training activities and provide administrative and data management support to the Competency Development (CD) Department in the following areas:
- Training material development with engineering technology information.
- Maintain the Training Database Platform.
- Engineering knowledge for continuous improvement within the CD teams.
- Administrative support on the various on-going CD Projects (e.g. Question Bank, etc).
- Assist with the other tasks as assigned by the CD Department staff.
- Support Retail Development Department in performing market intelligence/ analytic work.
Requirement:
- Mechanical/ Mechatronic engineering/ Data Analyst background
- Literacy in the use of MS365 software (Advanced Excel, PPT) and MS power platform (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate)
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn.
- Self-starter & meeting task deadlines
