Job Description
Intern, Human Resources (Min. 3 Months)
1. HR Data Management and Analysis
- Perform data cleaning and analysis for HR reports, including leave, attrition, and headcount metrics.
- Generate insights and churn reports to support decision-making
2. Employee Engagement
- Plan, research, and propose employee engagement activities.
- Execute and review engagement events and initiatives.
3. Learning & Development
- Review and analyze training needs.
- Arrange and source suitable training programs.
4. Competency Development
- Support deliverables related to the competency development project.
5. Other Ad-hoc Projects
- Assist in any other HR-related projects as required.
