Intern, Learning & Development (Min. 3 Months)

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

• Coordinate and support in the internship recruitment – Posting, Sourcing etc…
• Provide support in implementing the annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), conducting analytics and insights on trends, and development of corporate training plan.
• Assist in sourcing, promoting training programs and internal events, organize in-person and webinars.
• Support UD Trucks International Sales competency framework project.

HR Data Analytic 

• Coordinate, consolidate and analyze data to improve efficiency and effectiveness of people decisions.

Employee Engagement

• Liaise, plan, and organize in employee engagement events/activities.

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to participate in other HR projects/initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or any other relevant fields.
• Possess excellent planning and organizing abilities with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of team and independently.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and possess strong digital skills.
• Experience in reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
