Tasks
1. Drive projects and conduct advanced analytics on related service data using more complex statistical analysis approaches and tools
2. Identify and suggest innovations for data analytics approaches to more effectively detect insights on service process & performance
3. Develop data visualization methodologies and tools to present feedback data analytics findings to management
4. Review and identify ways to improve service data usage, data quality and data management
5. Any other duties that are required to support the team’s objectives
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with all relevant parties/stakeholders to collate business requirement; Undertake and initiate any data analytics requests as directed by management
2. Participate in data management workgroup and committees to drive and support cluster/institution data analytics initiatives
3. Support in problem analysis, opportunities identification, improvement measures definition and proposal recommendation to supervisor, workgroup and management
4. Support the curation and maintenance of data catalogue, Business Intelligence/AI projects etc
5. Review and support the users in the report enhancement
6. Secure UDIS Uptime & Retail internal awareness & competence to make best use of Business Analytic Tools
Requirements:
1. Students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2. Fast learner with eye for details, proactive and self-motivated team player
3. Flexible, open to new ideas and able to implement solutions effectively and independently
4. Customer service-oriented and strong analytical mind with inclination for problem solving
5. Ability to clean and analyses huge datasets using advance data management and analytics tools (e.g. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Qlik Sense etc)
6. Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python is a merit
7. Good written and presentation skills
8. Able to interact and work well with people at all levels
9. Knowledge of automotive aftermarket is a merit
10. Good communication skills (writing and oral), in English
11. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications
NOTE: Work From Home is based on a maximum of two (2) days working from home and 3 days return to office.
