Ultrex has created highly successful events for more than a decade, with good expertise in the area of... ***Concerts We'll secure venues, handle ticket sales, provide stage and lighting design, and suggest different special effects for an impressive concert. ***Family Day Carnivals Let others enjoy the planning experience without the leg-work. We will propose a concept, provide and coordinate all the essentials details like hooking up PA systems, designing the site layout, catering, door-gifts, decorations, celebrity appearances, setting up game stalls and show performances. ***Grand Opening/ Product Launches / Seminars / Conventions / Exhibitions We will organise the whole spectrum of work associated with these events, from developing the program to designing the 'look'. ***Incentive Trip If our clients want to take their event out of Singapore, we'll plan it and go with them. Every tour package is specially tailored. ***Mobile Disco & Karaoke We have an extensive range of technical equipment from a wide range of disco lights to professional sound systems and experienced DJs with a library of of just about every genre of songs ***Theme Party & Party Planning Since 1985, we have developed hundreds of theme parties, from simple to epic ones, from the zany to the formal, from the dungeon to the twilight zone, from taking the slow boat to China to braving the wilderness of the African jungle. The list of ideas keeps growing each year. ------------------------------------------------ Currently we seek an Assistant to our Operations Manager in the preparation of our corporate events, maintaining of props before and after events, checks on inventory list for lost or damaged equipments.
