YOUR ROLE
Content Marketing & Communications spans a range of company-wide functions including but not limited to (1) Social media management, (2) Employer branding, (3) Support for Una’s growing portfolio of brands, and (4) Support for external events. We are looking for a well-rounded individual to join our team in a VC-backed startup on a journey to become the next global consumer goods conglomerate.
As a Content Marketing & Communications Intern, you will play a critical role in shaping Una Brands’ brand image and personality by supporting the Corporate Communications Lead in production and management of both internal and external-facing content.
Engage Una’s community of Sellers by crafting creative and insightful content across our various platforms
Grow our social media presence and improve engagement rates through development and timely execution of our content calendar across our various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Ideate and propose fresh pieces based on our content pillars that can drive traffic towards our website and our brands
Conduct copywriting and design collaterals for our social media, community events / engagements, and other cross-functional projects
Prepare weekly reviews and schedule regular digital content postings (1-3 times a week)
Support preparation and planning of co-marketing materials with external partners
Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices to maximise success of our social media campaigns
YOUR PROFILE
Able to start immediately
Currently pursuing a related Undergraduate degree OR holding a Diploma in Mass Communications / New Media / Marketing / Business Administration / Ecommerce
Keen eye for design, strong visual and written communication skills
Must have a strong command over the English language (grammar, vocabulary); ability to translate Mandarin / Bahasa Indonesia content is a plus
Interest in ecommerce / brand development and passion for storytelling
Proactive learner who is able to work both independently and collaboratively
Creative, innovative and able to think out-of-the-box
Energetic, collaborative and goal-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment
Familiarity with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and / or Canva and video editing is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram and / or content management tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite is a plus
