Company Profile

Uncommon is a community learning platform focused on achieving behavioural change for working women.  We do this through harnessing the power of group coaching, creating opportunities for connection and skills building. Our vision is to be the place where innovative and courageous women can consistently level up their careers, launch, and scale big ideas, and build a solid network of female leaders who will cheer them on.

At Uncommon, we aim to build a culture of community and authenticity. The company we want to work for has values built around curiosity, generosity & commitment, around appreciating the richness that diversity brings and being generous with our energy and ability to learn. It means not shying away from difficult conversations and creating spaces for vulnerability and compassionate transparency. It means each of us shows up for each other and ourselves, holding each other accountable and making allowances for the imperfect. Because we strive for excellence, not perfection.
