Uncommon is on a mission to transform every female leader into her best self. We are Asia’s first online-to-offline private leadership network for the next generation of female leaders. Our members are rising leaders making decisions today and influencing change tomorrow.
Our members are vetted based on how far they have come, and how far they plan on going. We then match members into a coach-led peer cohort group of 8 women that meets monthly to work through challenges and our tailored content that transforms them into the leaders they were meant to be.
We are looking for an operational sensei-in-training to join us as we grow Uncommon in Singapore and beyond. You will be most at ease when your inbox is at zero and your nerves are calmed through structure and detailed-oriented processes. Sales or Operations experience isn’t essential, but if you are looking for an opportunity in which you can develop your skills across a number of areas and have accountability while having fun, this is the place for you.
Sales Operations Ninja Intern
Processes
- Sharpen processes; finess the existing sales ops processes.
- Making connections; support building the sales pipeline of future Uncommon members.
- Building foundations; support with the set-up of a new CRM system.
- Ideating and experimenting: testing out bets to drive sales
Community
- Working with the Head of Growth to onboard new members to Uncommon.
- Creating and executing the onboarding process from verbal yes to first month check in.
- Creating best practices and playbooking them so others can learn from them.
The Bla Bla
- Doing the day-to-day operational tasks that come with every job, which we will try our best to limit but we are a startup and it comes with the territory!
Who you are
- Organised, process-oriented, energetic and excellent at multitasking.
- Not afraid to reach out to senior leaders over LinkedIn or email.
- A natural connector with a creative, out-of-the-box imagination and bias for action.
- A self-starting problem-solver who can work in ambiguity to achieve a desired outcome
- A Growth Mindset - curious about learning new things.
- Right to work in Singapore.
- Able to commit at least 2 days/week to Uncommon.
- Comfortable being the face of Uncommon at community events.
