Unearthed Productions Private Ltd – Venue Experience Apprentice (Internship)

What You’ll Do:

• Venue Coordination: Assist in venue sourcing, booking, and management. 
• Site Visits & Inspections: Support in conducting venue visits and preparing reports. 
• Event Setup & Logistics: Help coordinate layouts, equipment, and overall venue setup. 
• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with vendors, venue managers, and internal teams. 
• On-Site Event Support: Assist in event execution and troubleshooting. 
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain venue-related documents, contracts, and floor plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with different stakeholders. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. 
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
