Our Singapore branch provides relationship management for South Asian companies operating in Europe as well as for home market clients operating in Singapore. We offer both types of client a developing portfolio of loans and global transaction banking services.
We are looking for a part time intern to join us in UniCredit Bank AG, Singapore Branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Render support to our Governance Team cum Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) in the 3 broad areas on Corporate Governance, Data Protection and Data Privacy.
Some of the responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
- Assist in the roll out of
- policies and procedures around Personal Data Protection Commission (Singapore) (“PDPC”) and General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)
- policies and procedures that aligns to Head Office requirements
- Liaise with the other departments on the requirements in the policies to roll out the program(s)
- Ensure that the program rolled out complies with Head Office Rules & Guidelines under the GDPR as well as the PDPC Legislation & Guidelines
- Work on the second level control for the purpose of the Personal Data Protection
- Review and ensure that Data Protection is included and covered adequately in the Service Level Agreements both within the Group as well as with external parties based on the Data Protection Agreement.
- Work on and Co-ordinate delivery of the Privacy Policy to Corporate Customer, Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institution and Vendors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Integrity and professional ethics
- Candidates with Finance or Data Protection Background would have an added advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office products
INTERNSHIP DURATION:
- Candidates should be able to commit at least 2 days a week for a period of 6 months.
