Our Singapore Branch is instrumental in providing support to the Group strategy and platform; leveraging on existing operational set up to enhance services to international clients in their investments and trade.

We are looking for an intern to join us at UniCredit Bank GmbH, Singapore Branch. Some of the responsibilities and duties are outlined below but not exhaustive.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Operational Organization

  • Liaise between various unit and users for rolling out Local and Group Policies
  • Assist to update Term of Reference of the meeting, organized and taking minutes in meetings
  • Assist in preparation and organizing Outsourcing Assessment for services provider and ensuring that they are completed by due date
  • Assist in coordination of the request from the external auditor
  • Assist in impromptu request

Project Management

  • Assist in gathering data and documentation for project management purposes and sit in during meetings to take minutes of meeting.
  • Follow up with collection and administration of project status and issue reports
  • Ensure compliance within the project portfolio reporting cycle
  • Any Other Task request not listed above

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Integrity and professional ethics
  • Candidates with banking background would have an added advantage
  • Good command of Microsoft Office products

INTERNSHIP DURATION:

  • Candidates should be able to commit to a part-time internship (2 to 3 days a week) for a period of 6 months.
