We are looking for a full-time or part-time intern to join us in UniCredit Services S.C.p.A, Singapore Branch .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of Foreign Exchange and Money Market transactions for the Asia Pacific Region (APR) and under the Global Processing Dual Hub (shared process with Munich).
- Portfolio Management relating to the products in scope including Fixing, Reconciliation, Settlements.
- To render quality support to customers (internal and external) in terms of prompt, accurate responses to queries, requests, reporting.
- Exception handling for non-reconciled items including Confirmation matching, Nostro breaks and trade discrepancies
- Filing and housekeeping of documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Possess a Client oriented mindset
- Excellent teamwork skills
Internship Duration:
- Minimum 6 months commitment. Preference for candidates who are able to commit to a full-time basis.
- Open to consider candidates on a part-time basis (at least 3 days a week).
