Job Description

Job Summary:

The Administrative and Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the company. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detailed oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support by managing paperwork, oprganizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in sales-related tasks, such as preparing reports and coordinating activities.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that they are prepared and on time for all engagements.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative and sales support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Singaporean only.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
