This internship provides hands-on experience with real-world projects, guided by industry veterans.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the site survey and contribute to solve the operational challenges in operation and efficiency with guidance.
- Process and analyse IoT sensor and BMS data to improve smart solution and create actionable insights.
- Contribute on developing the smart system for energy optimization, and predictive maintenance.
- Support senior team members in project planning, execution, and system performance evaluation.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and building management systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working on real-world building technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to document findings and collaborate with the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Eager to understand operation and open mindset.
- Exposure to IoT devices, energy optimization strategies, or data analysis techniques will be advantage.
