The Sustainability Team collaborates with various business functions and stakeholder groups to manage environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting data from different business functions, organising, verifying and analyzing the data for reporting purposes.
- Support the team in analysing ESG performance and ratings assessment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance our performance
- Support the development of communication materials, such as the Group's Sustainability Report and presentations to communicate our goals, progress and achievements to various stakeholders
- Contribute to drafting and implementing policies, procedures, processes for continuous improvement in our sustainability practices
- Conduct sustainability research on request, e.g. sustainability trends, best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related field
- Demonstrated keen interest and knowledge in key sustainability issues and sustainability/ESG reporting frameworks, standards and ESG ratings methodologies and benchmarks, including GHG Protocol
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in data analysis tools
- Self-motivated team player with a strong desire to learn.
