Our work includes media relations, social media strategy, content creation, partnership marketing, brand development, thought leadership, copywriting, events, internal communications and strategic introductions.
- Assigned media monitoring as well as general monitoring for clients in offline and online media, including social channels
- Compile reporting documents and ensure all monthly/bi-monthly reports are submitted on time
- Help generate campaign ideas, contributing to the success and smooth running of the individual client campaigns
- Draft and distribute pitches and press releases
- Support the team in the organisation and execution of media events, tastings, and media drops
- Provide on-site support at events and tastings
- Ensure press kits and media lists are updated regularly
- Draft agendas prior to client meetings / conference calls and send across approved meeting minutes
- Assist to update the Upcycle website, social media (FB/IG) and client list as needed
- Support the team in the research of any third party information on behalf of clients and/or new business
- Keep up to date with the media and influencer landscape, building relationships and a personal list of media and industry contacts
