As a Human Resources intern, you will be responsible for building our growing team of experts within the Capital Market industry. You will assist the HR manager for job interviews, profiles qualification, and to develop our HR platform. You will play a strategic role in our expansion across the APAC region and Europe.
1. Talent acquisition
- Assist in the recruitment workflow with interviews and follow-up
- To conduct the first round of phone interview to understand the candidate
- Assist the recruitment team in virtual career fair
2. Talent Retention and Management
- Understanding the business strategy and brainstorming intiatives with the team
- Working with the team to come up with retention strategies
- Documentation of the processes
3. HR Management
- Assist the team with onboarding process, E Pass application and other HR related issues.
- Update of company policies and consultant information
- Conducting and processing engagement survey with the employees
