Job Description

As a Human Resources executive, you will be responsible for building our growing team of experts within the captial Market industry. You will assist the HR manager for job interviews, profiles qualification, and to develop our HR platform. You will assist the Managing Director in all day to day activities, collect mails, take phone calls, prepare presentations. You will play a strategic role in our expansion across the APAC region and Europe. 


1. Talent acquisition and HR Processes

- Expand the network to find the best qualified profiles


- Understand and anticipate the HR needs with accurate service proposals

- Assist in the recruitment workflow with interviews and follow-up


- Provide advice, guidance and coaching on a variety of HR issues, initiatives and legislation

- Monitor and manage talent key competencies and personal development

- Develop and manage a Compensation Scheme and Retention Policy

- Build and manage HR Processes



- Follow-up and develop current HR charts and tables

- Build HR reports and KPI to MD on weekly and monthly basis

- Prepare employment contracts, salary adjustments and promotion letters

- Provide brief orientation to new employees, Maintain and update employee profiles


 

2. Administrative Management

- Assist the Managing Director with all operations and high-level decisions in respect with Company’s profile and policy


- Responsible for Accounts and Budgets, interact with internal & external parties for all MD related matter e.g. accounting & financial departments, Admin, Human Resources, Operations, …


- Support MD with administrative issues, arranging travels (visa, ticket, accommodation), screening phone calls, organizing meetings, producing documents and reports, carrying background research and presenting findings, dealing with email, fax and posts on behalf of MD

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.


 

Requirements

- Knowledge of Capital Market and Financial Products


- Knowledge of Trading Systems will be an asset (Murex, Calypso, Sophis, Mysis,...) 


- Experience in Human Resources process


- Outstanding Office skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Many reports and presentations to build

- Only Singaporeans an PR could apply
