Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Be part of the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions.
  • Handle staff orientations & administration of employee benefits, Work Pass Application
  • Supporting in the planning of company events or employee engagement activities
  • Assisting in creating content to support different business requirements (e.g., newsletters, blog posts (Communities and connections), PowerPoint presentations, web marketing, etc.)
  • Being the creative thinker, generating ideas, and creating articles that add value to our proposition, and appeal to potential and existing clients.

 

WHAT KIND OF INDIVIDUALS ARE WE SEEKING?

  • Majoring in Human Resources, Mass Comm, Media & Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or Business-Related fields
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive mindset
  • Able to organize own work schedule and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Able to commit for a period of 3 - 6 months
