We are seeking a dynamic and proactive intern to join our team. This dual-role internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both business development and administrative operations within a global setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about strategic initiatives, sales operations, and efficient administrative processes. Key elements of the role will include but are not limited to:
1. Strategy & Business Development
Strategic Initiatives:
- Develop strategic initiatives to drive business development for Upskills Global.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand our global footprint.
Sales Strategy & Operations:
- Support the execution of sales strategies and manage related operational tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Support the Sales team in lead generation and market research.
2. Admin & Operations
Inventory Management:
- Manage laptop warranties renewal and track inventory by using Jira.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and regular updates of inventory status.
Global Operations Support:
- Provide support for administrative tasks across our global entities.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline administrative processes.
Operations Review:
- Analyze and optimize operational processes, particularly in entity, office operations, and payment processing.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Administrative Support:
- Support various administrative functions for our global operations.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements
- Currently pursuing Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
