Business Development Intern
Looking for someone to join Urban Company's Beauty & Homes team to help scale our growing categories!
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Building: Attracting, onboarding and retaining service professionals to achieve growth targets. This is an ongoing dimension of the business and requires you to have strong communication, project and account management capabilities.
- Hustle: The role requires you to be willing to deep dive into problems and adopt a hands-on approach in improving the key drivers of the business.
- Ownership: We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a high level of initiative. This role requires you to be hands-on and take up responsibilities to drive assigned objectives. In return, you will gain unparalleled exposure and learning in a fast-paced start-up environment. Ample guidance and learning opportunities will be provided.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to commit for 3-6months between June 2022 and September 2022, at least 3 days per week (longer term can be arranged if deemed suitable)
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on mentality with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in / willingness to learn about the beauty & home services industry
