Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain exposure to business strategy, financial planning, marketing, and process optimization.
• Assist in analyzing business trends, market data, and internal processes to support decision-making.
• Work on projects that enhance efficiency, improve customer experience, or drive revenue growth.
• Support financial and business reporting by gathering data and preparing insights.
• Collaborate with teams across different functions to understand challenges and contribute to solutions.
• Participate in business meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions.

Document key learnings, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of business analytics tools is a plus.
