Since its founding in December 1994 in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, VIS has been achieving continuous success in its technology development and production efficiency improvement. This acquisition of asset is projected to increase the annual capacity of VIS by 400,000 8-inch wafers, demonstrating the determination and commitment of VIS to expand capacity.

Job Description

1. Assist in recruitment and employee onboarding process

2. Assist in off-boarding & clearance for resignees 

3. Input & Maintenance of employee data, employee logistics management and recordkeeping

4. Provide direct support to employees during implementation of HR policies, etc... 

5. Assist and support training & development planning and execution

Learning Outcomes: 

1. Learn and gain hands-on experience in managing entire onboarding offboarding cycle

2. Gain hands-on experience in data collection and preparation 

3. Learn about stakeholder and Employee Engagement and Management

4. Gain experience with HR System, data management and record keeping 

Requirements:

1) University student majoring in HR / Business Administration 

2) Microsoft Excel

3) Keen sense of learning

4) Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
