The Role
Vanitee
works with a few hundred Beauty & Wellness artists who are uber
passionate about their job. We will require you to be uber passionate
about them as much as you are passionate about life.
We are
looking for a driven, passionate and strong individual who will be
responsible for developing, planning and executing of social media
marketing strategies and tactics to drive revenue and growth for beauty
& wellness artists and customers.
He/She will be actively
involved in enhancing customer engagement and interaction with Vanitee's
unique positioning on beauty & wellness services while building
customer relationship and loyalty.

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME
- Understand the digital objectives, in terms of requirements and expectations of stakeholders
- Managing our social media presence on a daily basis
- Producing the supporting copy for our paid marketing campagins (Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, etc)
- Crafting our weekly email campaigns from conceptualization to implementation
- Connecting to key influencers and building relationships
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
- Confidently plan an integrated marketing strategy by understanding the roles and benefits of each digital channel, and how to utilize multi-digital channels, platforms and techniques to deliver a successful integrated campaign with shorten time to market and customers
- Identify critical success factors for both online and offline digital executions with consistently testing, and measuring all direct and digital campaigns
- Track and monitor diligently all digital / online channels, campaigns and device results and outcomes
- Evaluate all digital channels, campaigns and device effectiveness against marketing spend and cost
- Responsible for developing content plans, executing and managing all platforms (including performing AB testing) for mobile strategies, contents, and performance tracking to continually optimize efforts and resources to drive revenue and customer loyalty
- Liaising closely with the Creative team to develop digital and social media assets for all channels use
- Work closely with Tech team to ensure that all platforms and systems are “worked” to tag and register results smoothly and flawlessly
- Support all marketing initiatives and perform any other duties as assigned.
WHAT IS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications or business management.
- Min. 2-3 years digital/online, social media and mobile marketing experience preferred.
- Well adept in using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Facebook Insights
- Proficient with MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
