Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers to understand product requirements and produce user stories.
- Create user journeys and wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design mobile and web user interface – understanding the best practices, design principles, technical tools and their limitations.
- Design elegant solutions to complex workflows. Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features.
- Plan and conduct qualitative / quantitative user research, data analysis and usability testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams through all stages of the agile/scrum development cycle, taking initiative to provide input and suggestions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of UI/UX experience designing mobile (iOS/Android) and web.
- Portfolio demonstrating your thought and design process to produce a product with great user experience.
- Deep understanding of UX design principles and methodologies, ideally in both the B2B and B2C space.
- Data-driven and able to gather or work with another's user research to influence design decisions.
- Have fluency with design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
