Vantage Markets – Marketing Management Trainee

Objective – To grow new talents within the marketing sphere and allow fresh graduates to rotate between different fields within marketing to gain exposure and find their best fit. Our mission is to develop our talents from ground up, to be consumer-centric and omnichannel marketers for the future.

 At the end of the programme, you will be given the opportunity to join your preferred department as a Marketing Executive. 

 Programme details / What you will do: Start your marketing journey with a mentor. You can discuss your marketing career, journeys, as well as work related issues that might occur during your stint. Your mentor will also have monthly reviews on your work performance to better guide you to become an effective marketer. You will go through a comprehensive 4 x 6 months programme (total period of 24 months) within the global marketing team – we aim to create marketers for the future by giving you exposure to both online and offline marketing throughout your rotations. Candidates will be able to rotate amongst the different functions: 

Campaign Management and Events – Learn how regional campaigns are being structured, strategised and executed. We also have global events which you will be a part of, to give you insights into what our sales team does. You will also get the opportunity to design campaigns as well as understand the full workflow. Marketing Intelligence and Data Analysis - Head into the world of data and get a deeper understanding of how we marry all the different stages of the marketing funnels. Data is king, and that is how we understand our spending and optimise our efforts. Promotions Campaign – Our Promotions team work hard in coming up with attractive initiatives across the full funnel. Work with different stakeholders to ensure these are effective from a cost-benefit analysis. Learn from our experts and see the engine behind this unit.

 SEO and Websites – Learn from the experts to understand how SEO elevates our acquisition channels and the considerations behind this.

Paid Media Marketing – Managing the paid media budgets is the key to marketing campaigns. Learn how to create, optimise and report these figures. Also, hone your soft skills as you will get to work with external stakeholders such as agencies. Content and Education – Gain market insights, content management and even work with global educators from around the world to structure effective content. Find out how an editorial calendar is created and how articles are written. Exercise your creative juices as you brainstorm copy for the website, social, emails and more. Social and Community Management – Develop and analyse different social channels and campaigns to amplify our social initiatives. See how we grow our channels and build communities on different platforms to grow our presence. 

CRM Marketing – We build our own CRM platform and integrate with world-class platforms to expand our CRM efforts. Identify different opportunities where you get to think about increasing our conversion rates and retention efforts.

 Responsibilities: Within your specific domain, there will be different opportunities where you can get involved in strategising, planning as well as execution of different marketing activities Participate in meetings, workshops and other learning opportunities
