Community Engagement Ambassadors (Part-time)

Community Outreach & Relationship Building

• Manage and maintain the relationship between the business and its community
• Cultivate and promote positive links by reaching out to the community proactively and regularly to communicate our purpose, services and invite them to participate in our initiatives
• Proactively engage with the community by participating in community events to facilitate dialogue and gather feedback
• Identify issues and obstacles that can prevent the business from mobilising initiatives and creating opportunities to engage the community
• Create a memorable service experience and positive brand image for the community
• Support team during community engagement events

Social Media Engagement

• Promote and request to subscribe our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Encourage likes, shares, and engagement on social media

Encouraging Database Attendance at Community Events

• Communicate the value and benefits of attending these events to the database, emphasizing the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and interact with experts in the field
• Use persuasive communication techniques to encourage active participation and drive attendance at community events
