Fragrance company that does workshops on fragrance crafting for B2B/B2C, ambient scenting of spaces and producing scented gifts.
- Conduct/assist in workshops on scent crafting such as perfume, candle making etc
- Promote and upsell retail products during the workshops and events (minor role)
- Getting pictures/videos, Google reviews and tags on social media after each workshop/event
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to harness customer loyalty and build customer retention
- Focus on helping customers improve the perfume incorporation process in choosing the ideal fragrances tailored to their individual preferences
- Preparing and packing for workshops or events
- Engage in production works of scented products and production images and videos for content
- Checking inventory and ensure that all materials are fully stocked
- Manage display merchandise and tidiness of the work area
- Manage the customer ordering process and retail/wholesale production of scented products
- Ensure brand values, brand image, company regulations and guidelines are respected and upheld at all times
- Assist the team in other workshop/sales/marketing avenues as required
