I. Project Description
The intern will develop an understanding of the different business and scientific units in Vectura Fertin Pharma Research Labs and be responsible to liaise with vendors to develop brand materials. He or she will also assist in event planning and management of conference and manage the online brand presence through various digital channels as stated.
II. Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate and liaise with vendors to create and design promotional materials as required
- Assist to qualify leads and identify lead targets of interest pre-conference
- Assist with pre-conference planning, booth planning and management
- Manage the content on Linkedin and brand website
- Updating records in Salesforce to maintain Salesforce readiness
- Establish a basic understanding of business development skills for customer relationship management
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
