As an Operations and Administrative Intern, you will be assigned to assist the Finance, Hr and Administration Manager to uphold the smooth functioning and continuous improvement efforts of the department. You will be endowed with the opportunity to grow and ready yourself for the real working environment upon your graduation.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of the Company's Mailroom & Document Control Operations.
Attending to clients' requests via emails, calls and front desk duties
Maintain customer database and preparing documents for clients through email
Assist Finance, HR and Administration Manager in any adhoc administrative projects duties as assigned.
Requirements:
'A' Level/Poly/Fresh Graduate/Undergraduate are welcomed to apply
