Job Description
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  3. Review resumes and applications to screen candidates and assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
  4. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  7. Assist with other HR-related tasks such as Payroll, passes application and projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  1. Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  4. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  5. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to attract top talent.
  6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  7. Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
