- Project coordination and scheduling of deadlines
- Assist Project Director in execution of project management, project schedule, coordination with sub-contractors, suppliers, customers, etc for all project related matters
- Ensure project delivery according to timeline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project
- Perform QA checks before project delivery to client
- Projects are usually for large MNCs with office worldwide
Job Requirement:
- Singaporeans only
- Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant fields in IT business
- Possess good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and problem-solving skills
- Detailed oriented, and able to plan and keep track of project schedules well
- Good knowledge of MS OFFICE applications (especially Microsoft Office Application-Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Training will be provided
