Job Description


  • Install, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot staff workstation/ laptop hardware, software, etc
  • Maintain & monitor office IT Security and Server Security (Windows Platform)
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting of Firewall system, LAN and Wireless Network issue
  • Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control
  • Inventory Management of software licenses
  • Maintaining phone and attendance system with external vendors
  • Provide IT and office maintenance support to all staff when needed
  • Any other duties as and when directed by the Senior Management and IT Manager

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans only
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or any related field
  • Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security with at least 1-2 years of desktop, helpdesk or IT experience
  • Good analytical skills, problem-solving and time management
  • Good communication skills
  • A committed and responsible team player with good attitude to learn new challenges and also able to work independently
