Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate Multimedia related projects between clients and internal departments, as well as external vendors
- To work with either MAC/ PC platform as required by the tasks assigned
- To handle timelines and client instructions to ensure smooth project workflow
- Highly flexible and comfortable in handling various IT projects at the same time
- Document processes into style guides
- Perform QA checks for deliverables to clients
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of using Adobe software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Articulate software (Storyline, Rise)
- Good communication skills; to support and answer client’s request and queries
- Responsible team player and good organization skills
- Able to work independently with good initiatives
- Work Location: Strictly office-based (NO remote work is allowed)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
- Internship period: Immediate for a minimum period of 4-6 months
