VF Brands Pte Ltd – Sales Associate (Kipling / Vans)

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individuals to be part of our VF family as Sales Associate/Senior Sales Associate for Kipling and Vans. Reporting to Store In-charge, the successfully shortlisted candidate will be responsible the delivery of VF brand promise to customers and stakeholder while upholding the VF values.

Other Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for store daily operation
• Provide personalized styling and consultation service for customer
• Assist in achieving store KPIs
• Provide professional customer services to customers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Achieve monthly target for VIP membership cards recruitment (if applicable)
• Achieve monthly Mystery Shopper Program targets set by the Company
• Execute merchandising display according to the Installation Guidelines, to ensure a clean and tidy store presentation
• Ensure effective inventory management
• Able to operate and perform all POS functions accurately

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Candidate with more experience and good performance record may be considered as Senior Sales Associate)
• Preferably Non-Executive specialising in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin or another languages (as required to communicate with our customers)
• Is genuine, possess pleasant and cheerful service attitude
• Good learning attitude
• Enjoys engaging, working with and serving people
• High sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good team player
