Vflowtech Pte. Ltd. – Business Analyst (India)

Position Summary:

• This position is responsible for supporting business development & marketing related tasks, including, writing proposals and term sheets, market research, government affairs, and administration/analyse market movement, industry trends, competitor behaviour and factors that could impact the business in the ESS, micro-grid space.

Responsibilities: 

• Performs market analysis, competitive intelligence, and research analysis in segments such as: Electrical Vehicles, Heavy Duty Applications, Marine, Harbour Operations, Energy Infrastructure, Microgrids, Commercial and Industrial, Residential, Telecom and UPS. 
• Knowledge gathering in emerging segments, international regulations, and industry trends
• Development of go-to-market strategies and international partnerships 
• Contribution to product strategies 
• Assists in maintaining Company’s clients’ relations i.e., including arranging and participating in meetings with clients, follow ups, and other arrangements. 
• Project management of strategic initiatives, response to government grants; Assists in regular reporting on main projects and tasks 
• Develops project schedules, descriptions, maps, diagrams, reports, studies, and other documents 
• Screens, processes, and routes inquires received through VFT’s website and other mediums relative to business development/product enquiry 
• Responsible for preparing proposals and other types of business transactions 
• Process improvement 

Requirements: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, political science, business administration, or another related field 3 to 5 years in strategy, technical sales or consulting 
• Preferred experience in energy storage/renewable energy projects 
• Experience in project development, permitting, compliance, market research, government affairs or a relevant field – an advantage 
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 
• Excellent people skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment 
• The ability to quickly learn new technical and commercial collaterals/product; ability to write technical and commercial documents 
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Must be able to use and acquire knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation. 
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and use of the Internet Proficiency in MS Project, or AutoCAD strongly desired 
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
