Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are a local company in the green energy industry, first in Singapore to develop and deliver environment-friendly smart redox flow batteries to customers globally.
  • We have a role for a candidate for Business Internship for the following responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with business team to understand the market challenges and growth goals and build a multidimensional market research strategy to support the overall business objectives.
  • Leveraging support from business team; drive competitive analysis, develop market intelligence strategies and support cross-partner sales campaigns include events, email programs, account-based marketing, digital marketing, and 3rd party programs to help team to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Develop business plan for VFT in the Southeast Asia region. Identify hot topics and trends which support the business development strategy.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of V-Flow battery in microgrid solutions.
  • Perform a detailed competitor benchmarking and suggest a competitive pricing strategy for VFT product.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, work closely with business team on pitches and capability statements, and track pitch outcomes.
  • Supporting sales initiatives and lead generations. Assist with Proposals and Contract Negotiations.
  • Support and coordinate with the corporate team for the internal and communications.

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

  • Learning on redox flow batteries and the company competitive edge in the market.
  • Understand the key GTM strategy for vanadium redox flow batteries.
  • Learn to generate, screen and qualify leads.
  • Learn to initiate market research and sales operation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Mass Communications/Engineering or equivalent. Currently enrolled in Master Business/ Accounting, MBA.
  • Excellent communication, copy-writing and problem-solving skill.
  • Networking expert communicates superbly and enthusiastically.
  • Proven critical thinker and team-player who can make independent decisions and proactively helps others across other functions.
  • Should be self-starters and be able to work with minimal direction.
