VHQ Media – Sales & Marketing Intern

VHQ Media is looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. The shortlisted candidate would need to have a keen-eye for details and interested in production and post-production works for TVC and branded content.

This is a foundation role in the Sales & Marketing team as the candidate will learn the range of services available and be exposed to production and post production works.

Marketing Services – Account Management:

• To explore the client’s business needs by understanding how our range of services can cater to their business needs
• Prepares project briefs and maps out project timelines for internal briefing
• Coordinates all deliverables and communication between Creatives, Production Services and Clients
• Ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables reflect the agreed changes
• Manages monthly billing cycles – ensures accuracy and when necessary, attends to further enquires or disputes
• Performs data collection from systems and client feedback for research purposes
• Maintains the client database for prospecting
• Assists with monthly management reports and budgeting

Marketing Services – Sales & Marketing:

• To plan and execute under the supervision of the Manage, all in-house Marketing collaterals to build brand and product awareness and generate leads
• Work closely with the Creative Services team to execute assigned Marketing activities/tasks
• To search and assess vendors capabilities
