Job Description

VICE Asia is seeking for a dedicated and coordinated individual to join the Project Management team. The role will require you to work closely with the sales, account management, and production teams to effectively execute our branded campaigns. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the project management team with everyday tasks on assigned projects
  • Help in delivering branded campaigns from start to finish while simultaneously working with cross-functional departments (i.e production, sales, operations, finance). 
  • Develops an understanding of the client’s business to help out in maximising results for campaigns
  • Help in organising and facilitating project meetings
  • Aid in successful and timely completion of project deliverables
  • Other administrative tasks that may be required by the Project Management team

Key Characteristics:

  • Experience in media industry is a bonus but not needed 
  • Proven organizational and planning skills and must be detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn about the media industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, MAC skills would be a plus
  • Entry level applicants are welcome. 
  • Applicant must reside in Singapore. 
  • Applicant must be Singaporean / PR.
