Inside Sales / Service Support (5-month Maternity Cover Contract Role)
Purpose of the Position
Videojet Technologies SEA is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position of Inside Sales/Service Support Representative in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Singapore Direct Sales and technical Service teams to retain, support and grow the commercial business in the Singapore/SEA. This is a 5-month contract role to cover an associate proceeding on maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
Daily
- Scheduling for re-scheduling / PM / Sales Support / Breakdown calls for TSEs and follow up with customer until closure of the activity.
- MIV of parts for TSEs
- Creation of jobsheets
- Administrator in maintaining the availability of all demo printers in the workshop
Weekly
- Creation and ensuring of quotations to be sent to customers.
- Follow up on the customer PO and ensure that the delivery is on time
- Invoicing in FieldAware system of completed service report and send to CS team for final invoicing.
- Cloud MIV to CS Team
Monthly
- Fieldaware monthly report and Accrual report to finance during closing.
- Checking of TSEs OT forms for monthly submission.
- Reclassification report for finance
- PM list to CS Team for stock availability / replenishment
Adhoc
- Arranging for SIC course, JI entry pass etc for TSEs.
- Raising of PR request form from 3rd party vendors for adhoc purchases.
- Coordinating sampling and prepare documentation for the customer samples and arrange for forwarder to send to samples lab
- WSQ Training for TSEs
- Provide administrative support to Singapore Sales Team in quotation for all technologies.
- Provide administrative support to IB department in spare part & service labour quotations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education:
- Diploma
Work Experience:
-Prior telemarketing/inside sales and customer service experience.
-Experience communicating value propositions.
-Experience using customer database and selling tools.
-Proficient in Oracle, Salesforce, MS Office (excel is important)
-Basic understanding of revenue, profit, and margin.
