During your internship at ViewQwest, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations within the marketing team. You will assist in developing, implementing, and executing high-impact acquisition programs to deliver sustained growth. The focus of the role cuts across brand management and product marketing to significantly contribute to driving subscriber base growth. Responsibilities
- Support and drive growth for the residential business through compelling acquisition programs via portfolio management and product marketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize go-to-market plans and corresponding marketing messages for new product launches or new initiatives with a digital-first mindset.
- Possess the ability to create a well-thought-out, data-backed strategic marketing plan for various campaigns.
- Design and evolve audience personas according to the market, understand their interests, and develop marketing plans to reach out effectively to them for acquisition.
- Play significant roles in project implementation in multi-discipline areas with stakeholders in IT, digital, retail sales to drive acquisitions.
- Collaborate with customer operations teams to define process requirements and develop end-to-end processes for an enhanced customer acquisition experience.
Requirements
- Relevant certification in Business Management/Administration or Marketing required.
- Able to work independently with direction; self-starter/self-motivated.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work & collaborate effectively with a team in an agile environment.
- Experience in project management/customer-driven digital marketing is a plus.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months (Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)
