Job Description

Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • Guide students how to train effectively: Passionately coach and motivate students in a safe and highly engaging fitness environment, utilizing our unique Vigeo personal trainer system.
  • Coach in a small group setting: Lead small group training sessions (up to 4 clients) in a safe and engaging environment, ensuring proper exercise technique and client safety
  • Foster a positive atmosphere and experience by motivating and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential by providing ongoing support and encouragement.
  • Help coach each students beyond the gym by offering guidance and support through regular check-ins on their daily exercise, nutrition and habits.
  • Cultivate and maintain Vigeo's community Grow the Vigeo Community by contributing to building a strong, supportive community spirit within the gym.

Note:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training is preferred.
  • Must be able to work at least one weekend and on public holidays
  • A minimal bond of 2 years is expected for the full-time position.

Work Arrangement

  • Work Schedule: 5.5 days work week [A mix of morning or evening shift each day]
  • Weekday (Day shift): 7.45am to 3.15pm
  • Weekday (Night shift): 1.45pm to 9.15pm
  • Sat or Sun: 7.45am to 1.15pm
  • Public holiday (Day shift): 7.45am to 1.15pm
  • Public holiday (Night shift): 12.45pm to 6.15pm
