Job Description

About the Job:

Vincar EV is looking for dedicated brand ambassadors for our brands. You will be responsible in engaging our customers through the entire sales and delivery journey towards their “Green Energy Drive”. 

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Primary contact for vehicle owners - assisting with their vehicle management or trade-in, including options for new EV purchases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all forms of communication.
  • Handle incoming leads, assess customer needs, and coordinate test drivers or showroom visits.
  • Support clients' post-order and maintain their “excitement” about the brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience, creating lifelong customer relationships.
  • Stay updated about new products and industry trends. 
  • For those interested in "Management Trainee" positions, you will be assigned to various functions inclusive of Business Development Department.

Qualifications and Work Experiences:

  • Tertiary education with a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Experience in retail sales or service industry is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with no work experience may apply.

Working Hour & Extra Perks:

  • Business Development Executives work 2 days 10am - 6pm OFF 1 day
