Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Community Outreach

  • Manage end-to-end process for social media creator outreach initiatives including contact creators, arrange media drops, write creative briefs, manage creator sentiment, desires, and needs are understood and met through ongoing support and the development of our app
  • Track and manage creator content calendar from outreach to execution to completion
  • Administrative work - process invoices for creators, partners, claims, etc
  • Foster, grow, and manage our creator outreach,
  • Engage with digital communities and be quick to respond to comments, queries, delivery concerns and more.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships for brand-owned communities and creator communities
  • Maximize social media reach and influence with Creators

Content Management

  • Schedule and execute content, maintain social media calendar across digital channels
  •  Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok
  • Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
