Job Summary
We are seeking for an Logistics & Supply Chain Intern to assist and support our Singapore e-commerce day to day operations within the function. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting logistics related activities and data analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Order processing in various WMS/ERP & TMS.
- Daily Orders & Delivery monitoring.
- Daily and weekly Orders & Delivery status reports.
- Data compilations and analytics on cost from various vendor.
- RFP preparations.
- Manage Inventory for consumables in vendor possession and trigger replenishment on time.
- Troubleshooting and investigation on operation and system level.
- Provide insights to system and operational improvement.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skill Sets and Personal Attributes
- Possess good written and oral communication skills; as well as good interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Flexibilities and willingness to take ad-hoc tasks when necessary
- Strong team player with ability to meet deadlines
- High energy with positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management
- Has strong passion and interest in the E-commerce logistics.
