What you’ll be doing：
- Responsible for all product development planning of the company and leading the project technical team
- Participate in the overall planning of development projects, and formulate the development process of project execution according to customer requirements
- Responsible for the management of the technical team, including the recruitment, training, assessment, and work arrangement of relevant technical personnel
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments (e.g., technical Department, design Department, project team, etc.), supervise and ensure the quality and progress of the technical teamwork process
- Negotiate and deal with customers according to relevant procedures, technical project progress, and technical problems
- Deal with difficult tasks or problems in the project or development, and formulate solutions
Ideal candidate’s Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in Computer, software engineering, information engineering, or related field; Fluent in English and able to communicate in daily life
- 5 years or above software development experience, familiar with one or more commercial 3D engine experience
- At least 1 year of excellent team technical management experience, with project and staff management experience
- Good command of computer graphics, good mathematical foundation, familiar with various technologies of 3D online game client
- Practical experience in efficiency and memory optimization
- Cheerful personality, with good psychological quality and work pressure ability
- Passion for engine technology;
- Familiar with animation, graphics, games, software development, and other processes, able to communicate well with technology, products, art, etc
