As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the online presence and sales of two accounts: Novus Lab and Moments Lab.
You'll be responsible for ideation, execution, and management of various digital marketing strategies across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as email marketing campaigns.
Additionally, you'll oversee inventory updates on Lazada and Shopee, create compelling advertisements, and handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp or live chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Plan, develop, and execute innovative ideas for social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Devise and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Maintain and update inventory on Lazada and Shopee.
- Monitor stock levels regularly to prevent out-of-stock situations and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely restocking.
- Content Creation and Advertisement:
- Create compelling and persuasive ads for online campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Generate engaging content, including product descriptions, visuals, and videos for social media platforms.
- Customer Engagement:
- Handle daily customer queries, concerns, and orders through WhatsApp, live chat, and other communication channels, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Requirements:
- Interest or experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and collaborate with team members.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inventory and marketing campaigns.
