Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the account managers in handling company secretarial matters for a portfolio of Singapore and offshore companies
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and records
  • Provide administrative support to the account managers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Experience and Education:

  • At least 1 year of company secretarial experience in multi-national companies or professional firms preferred.
  • Candidates without qualifications or relevant experience may apply
  • Students waiting for results to enter University in 2022 may apply
