Our opportunity for you:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join Vistra Corporate Services (SEA) Pte Ltd Compliance team on a full-time basis.
This role reports to the Director, Head of Compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform World Check, google screenings and risk assessments. Check DMS to extract CDD information such as service agreement, ID details etc.
- Update CDD risk rating; perform data entry of PEP Profile form for new PEP Clients into a database system.
- Check/review Client files to provide final approval.
To assist with physical filing of CDD documents.
Other ad hoc assistance as may be required by the Compliance team
Attributes & Skills:
- Strong prioritizing ability and organizational skills
- Analytical, meticulous and systematic in approach to work
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and multi-task
- Independent and resourceful
- Self-motivated, diligent, positive working attitude and strong desire to learn
Education/Professional Qualifications:
O’/’A’ Levels and above
