Our opportunity for you:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Intern, Trust Administration to join Vistra Trust (Singapore) Pte Ltd. on a temporary basis.
Purpose of the role:
Base in Singapore, reporting to Senior Manager, Head of Client Acceptance, Private Wealth Asia
Scope:
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up new trust files
- Assist in the preparation of VBC deck
- Assist in the preparation of client kit
- Handle all ad hoc administrative tasks as may be required by the Client Acceptance Team and Trust Administration Team
Attributes & Skills:
- Detail oriented able to work with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment
- Team player with good attitude and approachable personality
- Able to multitask and is meticulous
- Inquisitive and self-motivated
Relevant experience:
University graduate/Undergraduate
Education/Professional Qualifications:
University degree, preferably major in business, finance
